Room for Rent in Tbilisi Hotel

I am renting a room in a hotel in the center of Tbilisi. The room has its own bathroom and toilet. Central heating, air conditioning and a small refrigerator. It is rented for 3 months maximum. When paying for a month, the price is $300; when paying for 3 months at once, the price is $250 per month; the price includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
